Business Objective: Manage and measure multiple marketing campaigns throughout their lifecycle with a single solution.
Solution: Build a custom web application with modules for campaign management to be used by the marketing department for campaign creation and reporting while also being utilized by the call center to track responses and trigger additional marketing activities. Triggers will automatically deliver data files to approved suppliers for the creation of customized printed marketing materials or membership kits.
