My professional career has given me experience in product development, operations management and large-scale project management and implementation. During the past nine years spent raising my children, I've dedicated thousands of hours to volunteer work in the community, preschool and elementary school. This work has kept my project management skills sharp while honing them with non-profit work, leadership and human resource management. New skills have been added by motivating and leading different groups of volunteers, covering multiple departments and disciplines. It's all about setting clear expectations, communication, coordination, detail management and creating a positive attitude.
